Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and administer multiple WhatsApp groups diligently.
- Publish important announcements, reminders, and daily updates to members.
- Act as a liaison between learners and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Respond to basic queries and promote constructive group discussions.
- Monitor participation levels and engagement metrics regularly.
- Guarantee timely and accurate information dissemination.
Candidate Requirements
- Suitable for both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
- Capability to handle multiple WhatsApp groups simultaneously.
- Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to details.
