Join our expanding SaaS startup as a Part-Time Operations Associate within the customer service division. We are searching for individuals with strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. This role is entirely remote with flexibility and requires night shift availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and support requests mainly via email and live chat platforms.
- Assist customers with their concerns, questions, and troubleshooting requirements promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Consistently contribute towards achieving team performance goals and KPIs.
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-oriented support experience throughout.
- Adhere to assigned night shift working hours and demonstrate flexibility as needed.
