Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in managing customer relationships and sales processes for a company specializing in distribution of prominent CCTV, biometric, networking, digital locks, and related accessories brands in Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and resolve basic queries effectively.
- Engage with potential leads and conduct follow-ups to convert prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Communicate updates about products and offers to customers.
- Drive order generation through new and existing client bases.
- Facilitate coordination between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and orders processed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available to commit to a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months.
- Internship commencement should be between September 28, 2026, and November 2, 2026.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in the role.
- Women re-entering or restarting their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated students in B.Com, BBA, BBM, or BCA streams.
- Demonstrated sales orientation and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in spoken Kannada and English is mandatory; Hindi language knowledge is advantageous.
- Fundamental skills in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and WhatsApp Business are required.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹21,000, which includes:
- Fixed base pay between ₹12,000 and ₹18,000.
- Incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 per month based on performance.
- Potential for a job offer upon successful completion of the internship.
