About the Internship

This internship involves handling communications and lead generation activities in a customer-oriented environment. Interns will manage incoming and outgoing calls targeting both potential and existing clients, utilizing multiple channels like phone, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals to generate and nurture leads. The role demands understanding customer needs in interior design and related fields to articulate service offerings, qualify prospects based on key criteria such as budget and location, and coordinate appointments and site visits for the sales and design teams. Maintaining detailed records using CRM or Excel and working closely with project teams are integral to the role. Interns are expected to contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and participate in promotional initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• The internship start date should be between 28th September 2026 and 2nd November 2026.
• Candidates must be able to commit to the entire 3-month duration.
• Relevant skills and interests aligned with the role are required.

Stipend and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranges from ₹11,000 to ₹17,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 plus incentives between ₹1,000 and ₹2,000.
• Successful interns will receive a certificate upon completion.
