About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service focused on the travel sector. Interns will manage inbound and outbound calls, present travel and holiday package details to potential clients, and actively work to generate leads and convert these into confirmed bookings. Sustained communication follow-ups will be essential to nurture customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Accurate documentation of interactions and strong collaboration with the operations team for booking confirmations and customer needs is expected. Interns will also be responsible for addressing basic queries to enhance the customer experience.
