About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in field sales, focusing on generating leads and supporting property sales activities. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential buyers or tenants through various channels including phone and online platforms. Maintaining continuous communication with clients to understand their needs and matching them with appropriate property options will be a key part of your role.

Additionally, you will assist with organizing and facilitating property site visits, addressing client queries, and coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations. Keeping abreast of current local real estate market trends and property pricing is also expected.

Stipend Details

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 6,000 to INR 30,000. This includes a fixed salary between INR 5,000 and INR 10,000, accompanied by incentives that can amount from INR 1,000 up to INR 20,000 depending on performance.
