Stirring Minds, a prominent Indian startup incubator, is inviting enthusiastic individuals to join as Generalist Sales Interns. This role provides a hands-on experience in the full sales cycle within a dynamic startup ecosystem. Interns will engage in lead generation, client interaction, and client relationship management to bolster business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential sales leads through diverse channels such as cold calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and referrals.
- Communicate with prospective clients to grasp their business requirements effectively.
- Introduce and elaborate on relevant offerings, specifically FlashSpace services, to suitable clients.
- Assess and qualify leads to focus on prospects with real business potential.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communications to nurture leads and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
- Address basic client inquiries and collaborate with senior team members for complex issues.
- Arrange and schedule meetings and sales discussions with qualified prospects.
- Accurately document leads, interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions for ongoing tracking.
- Prepare and share regular reports summarizing sales activities and lead progression.
- Contribute proactively toward meeting individual and collective sales targets.
Eligibility and Candidate Profile
- Open to graduates from any discipline with 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Delhi or willing to relocate at their own expense.
- Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Internship period is for 6 months, starting between September 23, 2026, and October 28, 2026.

Compensation and Perks
- The internship offers a monthly stipend between ₹8,000 and ₹15,000, composed of a fixed pay of ₹7,000-10,000 plus variable incentives of ₹1,000-5,000.
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹200,000 to ₹300,000 upon conversion to full-time employment.
