As a Business Development (Sales) intern, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of social media marketing, spoken English with fluency, and digital marketing to support and expand business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in devising and implementing strategies aimed at boosting sales and achieving business growth.
- Perform market research and analysis to uncover new avenues for business expansion.
- Employ social media tools to promote services and actively engage prospective clients.
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Participate in meetings with potential clients to present services and generate new leads.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Help maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend ranges between ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, consisting of a fixed component (₹15,000 - ₹20,000) and an incentive-based component (₹5,000 - ₹10,000).
- On successful conversion to full-time employment, an annual salary between ₹300,000 to ₹400,000 is expected.
- Additional perks include certificate of internship completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, informal dress code, and the possibility of a job offer.
