About the Role
Join Stirring Minds as a Partnership and Business Development Intern to gain practical experience in building partnerships, expanding business networks, and managing client relationships. You will engage directly with potential partners and clients through both on-site visits and office operations, contributing to the growth of FlashSpace's business collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify businesses and partners who could benefit from FlashSpace's offerings.
- Communicate with prospects using phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Visit various client and partner sites for meetings and business discussions.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with both new and existing partners.
- Assess partner needs to discover suitable collaboration possibilities.
- Organize and arrange meetings between potential partners and internal teams.
- Maintain ongoing follow-ups and communication post meetings.
- Support in forging and sustaining partnerships driving new business growth.
- Provide regular updates on field activities, meetings, leads, and partnership status to supervisors.
- Assist the team in investigating new markets, locations, and partnership opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable traveling frequently for client and partner meetings.
- Prepared to work both in-office and on field assignments.
- Own a two-wheeler for commuting to various locations is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM software is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates and women seeking to start or restart their career are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be available full-time onsite and for a 6-month duration starting between September 26 and October 31, 2026.
Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 15,000 per month, including fixed and incentive components.
- Interns receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
- Opportunity for a job offer with an annual salary between INR 200,000 to 300,000 upon permanent conversion.
