Stirring Minds, a prominent startup incubator, invites confident communicators passionate about sales and customer interaction to join as Inside Sales Interns. This opportunity offers immersive experience in lead generation, client conversations, follow-ups, and sales conversions within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients to comprehend their business needs.
- Present and clarify FlashSpace services, addressing basic inquiries from prospects.
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads originating from various channels.
- Perform regular follow-ups with interested leads to facilitate sales conversion.
- Assess leads to determine their qualification based on requirements, interest, and potential.
- Keep precise records of communication, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
- Utilize CRM and related sales tools to update and oversee the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with senior staff for appointments, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor daily sales initiatives and report updates to the responsible manager.
- Strive to achieve designated targets for lead generation and conversion.
Eligibility and Other Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time (in-office) internship and work Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
- Internship start date should fall between September 23, 2026, and October 28, 2026.
- Must commit to a 6-month internship period.
- Applicants should be graduates in any field with up to two years experience in sales, business development, or related client-facing roles.
- Applicants must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Delhi at their own expense.
- Women aiming to initiate or resume their careers, as well as fresh graduates seeking job experience, are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹15,000, inclusive of a fixed pay (₹7,000–₹10,000) and incentives (₹1,000–₹5,000) based on performance.
- Successful completion and conversion to a permanent role may lead to a yearly salary between ₹200,000 and ₹300,000.
