Internship Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new POSP partners according to company needs.
- Explain the POSP program, onboarding procedures, and product details to prospective partners.
- Provide assistance with documentation, training, certification, and activation processes for POSPs.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with POSP agents.
- Promote and drive sales of motor, health, and life insurance products through the POSP network.
- Generate leads and consistently follow up with potential customers and partners.
- Meet targets related to onboarding, activation, and sales performance.
- Help POSPs understand products, sales processes, and opportunities.
- Monitor POSP performance and motivate partners to maintain steady business generation.
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless onboarding, policy issuance, and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update the reporting manager on progress.
