About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to engage in detailed investigations of user activities focusing on identifying fraudulent, inappropriate, or unethical behavior within the platform. Interns will be accountable for compiling clear, evidence-based reports and collaborating with multiple departments to uphold community standards and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine user profiles, behaviors, and interactions to detect fraud, misuse, and unethical conduct.
- Document findings clearly and succinctly with supporting evidence.
- Work alongside Due Diligence, Customer Support, and Legal teams to facilitate comprehensive investigations and resolve cases promptly.
- Conduct all investigations adhering to company policies and legal frameworks.
- Contribute to refining investigative methods, workflows, and tools for increased efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Indic language such as Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, or Gujarati.
- Strong communication skills with the capability to build trust and rapport with users.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and user behavior patterns.
- Good understanding of Indian cultural and regional specifics relating to the languages.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Prior experience in user research, fraud detection, or Trust & Safety roles is preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer support, or other direct customer-facing B2C positions is an advantage.

- Language requirements include Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, and Bengali.
- Internship duration is set for 6 months with immediate start possible between October 8 and November 12, 2026.
