Position Overview

This full-time onsite role in Outer Harbor, South Australia, involves managing the transport operations for specific clients and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize the daily transport tasks for designated clients and major accounts.
• Accurately prepare, verify, and submit required documentation in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to manage joint client accounts.
• Maintain efficient workflow consistent with company policies and performance indicators.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to sustain strong client relationships.
• Use independent problem-solving skills to resolve transport-related issues, communicating progress to clients.
• Inform clients promptly regarding any additional costs incurred.
• Respond courteously and promptly to client concerns and inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Excel; quick learner of new software.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team setting.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical health and fitness to meet job demands.
• Knowledge of transport operations and logistics.
