Field Operations & Operations Experience Coordinator - Eldercare Pilot

Role Overview

This position involves coordinating field operations focused on elder care, including home visits and managing operational activities to ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety evaluations at the homes of senior individuals.
• Engage respectfully and effectively with elderly clients and their family members.
• Manage coordination between product deliveries, technicians, and minor home repair services.
• Request and compare price quotations from different vendors.
• Oversee installation processes and verify the quality of completed work.
• Schedule home visits and facilitate accompaniment services when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all leads, visits, quotations, and follow-ups within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Handle collection of payments, gather client feedback, and track operating cost data.
• Provide truthful and transparent reporting of any issues or challenges encountered rather than simply agreeing without feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must have completed any graduate degree.
