Coordinator Operations & User Experience - UAE National

This role is centered on managing and enhancing performance metrics across Operations and Customer Experience (CX) functions in the UAE. You will establish and maintain standardized processes for performance monitoring and reporting, driving decisions based on data and analytics. Independent work and collaboration skills are essential to the day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and enhance operational and CX performance metrics across the UAE market.
• Provide initial analytical insights to support informed decision-making.
• Organize meetings including setting agendas and recording minutes diligently.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving local and regional teams.
• Work closely with teams to identify gaps in performance and flag issues appropriately.
• Support crafting and executing performance improvement plans aimed at boosting efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience within the food or grocery technology sectors.
• Solid proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
• Fluent English communication skills to clearly present ideas and information.
• Capable of managing diverse stakeholder groups effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
