Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Product Designer eager to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital products. At the IC2 level, you will autonomously manage end-to-end feature design within your squad, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to address complex interaction challenges and contribute to feature strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle design for product features including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and final production delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering leads to turn user needs and business goals into validated design solutions.
- Conduct and manage evaluative user research such as usability tests and interviews, and use quantitative data to validate design concepts.
- Maintain and enhance design systems used across web and mobile platforms, propose new components to evolve system patterns.
- Design with consideration for complex backend workflows, edge cases, offline states, and multi-step user journeys.
- Work closely with developers during handoff and quality assurance to ensure feasibility and quality in releases.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively.
- Engage actively in design critiques, facilitate ideation workshops, and integrate AI tools to improve design workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 4 years of professional UX/UI design experience in agile, consumer-focused digital environments such as e-commerce, food delivery, or large-scale platforms.
- A comprehensive product design portfolio showcasing complete problem-solving, UX rationale, edge-case considerations, and polished UI designs.
- Advanced skills in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping, along with familiarity with AI-based design tools.
- Experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data (A/B tests, funnels, heatmaps) to influence design decisions.
- Understanding of technical constraints, effective design handoff, and cross-functional collaboration within Product Management and Engineering teams using the "Three-in-a-Box" approach.
- An autonomous, detail-focused, and growth-oriented mindset open to feedback and continuous learning.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
