The position involves safely transporting empty shipping containers between Tauranga locations using modern fleet vehicles, with support from operators handling truck loading and unloading.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive containers efficiently and securely during evening and overnight hours.
• Operate within a defined night shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:30 pm to 3:30 am.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines throughout transport operations.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 5 driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated experience driving trucks.
• Commitment to adhering to safety procedures in all tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical exam and drug screening.
• Clear MOJ criminal history check.
• Eligibility to work legally in New Zealand.

Additional Information

• Minimum guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
