Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic technology graduates to join our team in Doha, Qatar, to actively contribute to the development and support of innovative financial software products. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to maintain and advance enterprise applications.
• Deliver technology-driven solutions that address business challenges and uphold our position as digital leaders in the financial sector.
• Analyze business needs to create personalized and seamless client experiences.

Team Environment

Work closely with engineering professionals within Wealth Management, Personal and Corporate Banking sectors. Gain valuable exposure to technology applications in finance, receive guidance through code reviews, analysis sessions, and enjoy mentorship from an assigned buddy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, or related fields; or a final year student expected to graduate by 2026.
• Valid residency permit for Qatar.
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and cooperative personality with a strong interest in technology, data, and analytics.
• Proactive approach towards IT and application development.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, international, agile team environment.
• Basic programming experience in languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with modern technologies and frameworks including React, SpringBoot, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Preferable exposure to DevOps concepts, Git/GitLab, Unit Testing/Test-Driven Development, integration tests, deployment pipelines, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Curious about leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance software development workflows responsibly and ethically.
