Role Overview

We are looking for a Supervisor to join the team at our Midleton store in County Cork. This role requires someone with a passion for animals and strong leadership skills to guide our sales team and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance customer interactions by providing tailored advice and maintaining a welcoming, clean store environment.
• Manage merchandising and stock control to offer an attractive shopping experience with fully stocked shelves, reducing inventory discrepancies and upholding product quality.
• Work alongside the Store Manager to motivate and support the sales team as a keyholder, promoting a culture of openness and shared product knowledge.
• Maintain brand values and aim to achieve sales targets while prioritizing pet welfare.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Prior experience as a Supervisor or keyholder is required.
• Deep affection for animals, demonstrated by enthusiasm for pets.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences through personalized service.
