Role Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor for our Tralee location to lead and inspire the store team while ensuring an exceptional customer and pet experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers by offering tailored advice and ensuring the store is welcoming, orderly, and inviting.
• Manage merchandising and inventory to maintain well-stocked shelves, minimize stock discrepancies, and uphold product quality.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to motivate and guide the sales team, sharing extensive product knowledge and nurturing a collaborative, communicative environment as a trusted keyholder.
• Drive progress toward sales targets, always prioritizing pets’ welfare in all actions.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous experience in a supervisory or keyholder role.
• A genuine passion for animals, with enthusiasm sparked by interacting with pets.
• Commitment to delivering memorable customer experiences by customizing recommendations based on each pet and owner’s needs.
• Strong team player mindset to cultivate a supportive, inclusive atmosphere where all colleagues feel respected and valued.
