Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview

Mr Kitchen Industries is seeking an Interior Site Supervisor to manage factory site operations located in Kondwa, Pune. This role involves supervising project execution within the retail installation department from initial layout through to finishing touches.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all site activities, including structural setup and final finishes.
• Interpret and accurately analyze 2D and 3D architectural blueprints.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, subcontractors such as carpenters and electricians, and material suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards and enforce onsite safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges encountered during site work.
• Manage inventory and track labor attendance daily to optimize resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed daily reports, maintain snag lists and provide progress updates to project managers or clients.

Qualification Requirements

• Formal education including a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proficient with design software such as AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp or equivalent programs is advantageous.
