About the Role
Hamper Hive seeks a proactive and meticulous Packaging Executive to join the production and operations team. This role focuses on assembling, packing, and preparing corporate and festive gift hampers for dispatch within an office environment. It suits candidates who appreciate creative, manual tasks and can thrive in a fast-paced production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assembling and curating gift hampers according to approved design specifications and requirements.
- Organize products, accessories, and packaging components to create attractive and well-structured hampers.
- Carry out packing, wrapping, tagging, labeling, and finishing tasks on hampers.
- Support bulk production of corporate gifting orders ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure correct placement and secure packaging of products as per quality specifications.
- Perform quality inspections before dispatching hampers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized inventory of packaging materials and production supplies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily production targets and requirements.
- Assist with custom branding elements such as ribbons, tags, inserts, and other decorative details.
- Keep the production and packing workspace clean and orderly.
- Adhere to standard packaging and quality protocols to ensure consistency across all orders.
Skills & Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in packaging, gifting, production, retail, events, or similar hands-on roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a sensitivity towards presentation quality.
- Comfortable performing repetitive manual work and standing for extended periods.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Good time management skills with the capability to meet deadlines in production.
- Basic knowledge of packaging, crafting, or gift assembly is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with experience in gift hampers, wedding hampers, event gifting, packaging, or décor.

Contract and Location Details
This is a full-time contractual position based at the Hamper Hive office. Duration and compensation depend on project demands and the candidate's experience.
