We seek a motivated and accomplished Execution Manager to head our Project Management Consultancy division, ensuring the efficient delivery of multiple upscale residential projects.

Role Overview

The Execution Manager will supervise the entire execution phase of luxury residential interior projects. Candidates should demonstrate robust leadership, comprehensive technical expertise, and ability to manage numerous projects concurrently while directing a team of Site Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7-8 Site Supervisors.
• Supervise the simultaneous progress of 10-12 residential interior projects.
• Organize and oversee all preliminary execution activities including project planning, resource distribution, and scheduling.
• Track project deadlines, quality benchmarks, budgets, and progression on sites.
• Perform regular site inspections to confirm work adheres to final plans and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Procurement, Estimation, and Accounts departments for smooth project flow.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver timely project status updates.
• Ensure effective material planning, vendor liaising, and contractor oversight.
• Identify and solve technical problems and on-ground execution challenges.
• Maintain adherence to safety guidelines, quality protocols, and company standard operating procedures.
• Generate and analyze project reports, execution timelines, and progress summaries.
• Guarantee prompt project handovers with uncompromised quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) preferred; candidates with Interior Design or related qualifications are also welcome.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in residential interior project execution.
• Proven background managing multiple high-end residential interior projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing on-site operations.
