Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire submission process for priority infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate efforts between bid writers, designers, and technical teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Create compelling value propositions and differentiators tailored to client requirements.
• Implement continuous enhancements to submission quality and procedures.
• Manage and update the submissions knowledge base and content repository.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver superior proposals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Communications, Business Management, or Project Management.
• A minimum of five years' experience in tender submissions, project coordination, bid writing, procurement, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication capabilities for various audiences.
• Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker focused on client needs and competitive advantages.
• Advanced planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
