About the Role
Brian Perry Civil is seeking a skilled Slipform Paver Operator to manage specialized paving machinery and ensure the delivery of top-quality concrete pavement projects. This role involves working alongside a knowledgeable team utilizing advanced paving technologies on significant infrastructure developments.
Responsibilities
- Operate slipform paving equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Execute concrete paving tasks adhering to specified quality standards.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on plant equipment.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and paving teams to meet project schedules.
- Oversee paving operations to identify and implement productivity improvements.
- Maintain stringent health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience with slipform paving machinery in civil construction settings.
- Proficiency in operating Wirtgen slipform pavers or comparable equipment.
- Comprehensive understanding of concrete paving procedures, machine setups, and finishing techniques.
- Strong safety orientation and dedication to high-quality workmanship.
- Effective team collaboration skills.
- Possession of a current Site Safe passport or readiness to obtain one.
