IT Manager

Position Overview

Sojo Data is seeking a seasoned IT Manager to lead and oversee the technical and operational aspects of IT infrastructure and systems. The successful candidate will exhibit extensive expertise in networking, cloud services, virtualization, and enterprise IT management, paired with a substantial track record in team leadership.

Key Duties

• Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight for IT and infrastructure functions.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the efforts of IT Engineers and Infrastructure Engineers.
• Manage and maintain networks, servers, cloud platforms, virtualized systems, and end-user computing environments.
• Ensure that IT systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and optimized to meet organizational needs.
• Promote continuous process improvements and ensure infrastructure aligns with evolving business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to support IT projects, manage escalations, and prepare infrastructure for operational readiness.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to guarantee timely delivery of infrastructure-related projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Engineering roles.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or coordination role overseeing technical teams.
• Solid technical proficiency in networking technologies, Azure and AWS cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise IT systems.
• Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing IT professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and adeptness at stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, Azure, or AWS are advantageous.
