About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a construction firm operating across Dublin. This position offers a skilled construction professional the chance to take full ownership of project delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing various stakeholders, and ensuring all projects are executed safely, on schedule, and meet the established quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate project resources, activities, and stakeholder engagement to keep progress on track.
• Monitor project timelines, quality control, and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to swiftly address any issues and uphold schedules.
• Regularly assess project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support planning efforts, risk management initiatives, and overall project coordination.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting protocols.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager specifically within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction project delivery methodologies.
• Proven capability in managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Competency in overseeing project schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and achieving delivery targets.
• Relevant background in construction, engineering, or project management disciplines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of €90,000 to €109,000 per annum plus performance bonus.
