Role Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager who excels in people leadership and operational ownership within a retail setting. The position offers a chance to inspire a team, drive exceptional customer service, and manage store performance. Working 38 hours weekly from Tuesday to Saturday, the successful candidate will directly impact customer satisfaction, team engagement, and overall store success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, fostering a dedicated and skilled team by recruiting based on values, coaching, performance management, and enhancing service quality.
• Provide leadership aligned with Autobarn’s values, cultivating an inclusive, efficient team environment that drives sales growth and operational excellence.
• Champion health and safety by ensuring compliance with regulations and proactive risk mitigation.
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising, promotional accuracy, and store presentation.
• Oversee financial and administrative duties including budgeting, rostering, inventory control, and integrating performance metrics to optimize outcomes and minimize losses.

• Experienced Store Manager or senior retail leader with proven management capabilities.
