Role Overview

The Store Manager leads daily store operations, drives sales and operational excellence, and cultivates a proactive customer-centric atmosphere. Reporting to the Area Manager, this hands-on leadership position is pivotal in meeting business goals while nurturing a motivated and high-achieving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and embed a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to policies, risk identification, and team engagement in workplace safety measures.
• Manage store financial and operational metrics by overseeing sales, budgets, margins, inventory control, and workforce scheduling using relevant business tools to optimize outcomes and control losses.
• Lead by example, motivating staff to achieve sales objectives, operational precision, and superior customer service aligned with company values.
• Maintain store standards through consistent execution of retail protocols, visual merchandising, promotional activities, and creating an inviting shopping environment.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and excellence with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

We seek a driven retail leader passionate about customer experience and people development, with proven capability in a fast-paced setting. Successful candidates will have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience as a Store Manager or senior retail position, ideally in automotive or large-format specialty retail.
• Strong ability to coach and inspire teams to high performance.
• A results-oriented approach with experience in sales growth, KPI attainment, and managing store performance.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• A collaborative leadership style with adaptability to change and team motivation.
• A firm commitment to workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
