Role Responsibilities
Shift Managers are entrusted with leading teams to deliver excellent quality, service, and cleanliness on each shift. Core responsibilities include planning shifts, overseeing team performance, ensuring adherence to McDonald’s standards, maintaining safety and security protocols, managing profitability, and collaborating with subsequent shift managers for smooth transition and preparedness.
The position entails various ongoing duties such as food safety oversight, internal communication facilitation, inventory tracking, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management and training, quality control of food products, upholding exceptional customer service, maintaining safety and security, and creating work schedules.
Experience and Skills Needed
Candidates with prior leadership experience, preferentially within restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors, are favored.
