About the Role
Join McDonald's as a Shift Manager and take charge of leading shifts that ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service. This role empowers you to guide the crew and fellow managers while maintaining high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee food safety practices to maintain high standards

Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have prior leadership experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors. A positive attitude, flexibility, enthusiasm for fast-paced environments, and an age of 18 years or older are essential.
