Senior Structural Engineer - Precast Factory

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with a strong specialization in precast concrete to lead the design, detailed engineering, and on-site coordination of precast elements. This role involves overseeing the full process from initial concept design through to production and installation on various development projects. The engineer will collaborate closely with internal design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure the precast components meet safety, constructability, and regulatory standards on prominent construction developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and detailing of precast concrete components.
• Coordinate site activities related to precast element erection and installation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compliant and efficient precast solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is considered advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to precast concrete design.
• Proven expertise working on villas, high-rise buildings, hospitality, mixed-use, or residential projects incorporating precast systems.
• Experience within the UAE or GCC construction markets is highly preferred.
