Azizi Developments is among the prominent private developers in the UAE, managing an expanding portfolio of residential, hospitality, and notable projects throughout Dubai. To support their growth, they are launching a Precast Factory in Sharjah and inviting a Reinforcement Detailer to become a part of their Design Production Team.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Produce precise reinforcement drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for precast structural and architectural elements such as columns, beams, wall panels, load-bearing walls, hollow-core and solid slabs, staircases, balconies, and connections.
• Detail reinforcement laps, anchorage points, embedded components, and lifting inserts under guidance from the Senior Reinforcement Detailer.
• Prepare bar schedules and quantify materials; ensure quantities match design specifications.
• Update and modify reinforcement drawings and BBS to reflect design changes, RFIs, or feedback from consultants and clients.
• Collaborate with BIM Modelers to confirm reinforcement details correspond accurately with 3D models when applicable.
• Provide technical assistance to the Production Team concerning reinforcement fixing and cage fabrication processes during manufacturing.
• Maintain comprehensive registers of reinforcement drawings and manage revision controls.
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes, project specs, and reinforcement detailing standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Diploma qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, Drafting, Detailing, or equivalent field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in detailing with at least 2 of those years focused on reinforcement detailing for precast or cast-in-situ concrete elements.
• Experience with reinforcement detailing on projects such as Villas, High-rise buildings, Hospitality, Mixed-use developments, Residential complexes, or Industrial facilities.
• Prior experience within UAE or GCC construction environments is preferred.
• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting reinforcement drawings.
• Familiarity with Revit software is considered an advantage.
• Solid foundational knowledge of reinforcement detailing conventions, including bar bending schedules, laps, anchorage, and relevant construction standards.
• Excellent attention to detail along with strong ability to interpret structural drawings and design data accurately.
• Capacity to coordinate smoothly with Design, BIM, and Production departments.
