Senior Expeditor

About the Role

UCC Holding seeks a seasoned Senior Expeditor to join the team, supporting significant projects in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. The position focuses on ensuring that engineering materials and equipment are procured and delivered efficiently to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the expediting process for engineering materials and equipment from purchase order issuance through to final delivery.
• Track and monitor supplier production progress, including documentation, inspection stages, and shipment schedules.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics teams, and vendors to guarantee on-time receipt of project items.
• Consistently follow up on critical materials, anticipating and resolving potential delays.
• Generate comprehensive expediting reports and keep precise records within SAP/ERP platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 10 years of solid experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or engineering project environments.
• In-depth knowledge of expediting mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, and structural materials.
• Demonstrated mastery in post-order expediting and supplier management practices.
• Hands-on experience coordinating manufacturing follow-ups, inspections, documentation, and logistic activities.
• Experience liaising with international suppliers and handling delivery of crucial project items.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and ERP systems, particularly related to expediting tracking and reporting.
