Job Overview
We are looking for a highly qualified Security Consultant to deliver expert consultation and support in industrial security. This role involves designing and executing security strategies, performing risk analyses, and ensuring adherence to security laws and standards specific to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive security policies, procedures, and plans.
- Evaluate security risks and suggest effective mitigation measures.
- Deliver professional consulting and industrial security assistance.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industrial security regulations, standards, and requirements.
- Compile detailed security documentation, including reports, studies, and assessments.
- Liaise and collaborate efficiently with government agencies, security authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Uphold high standards of confidentiality and security awareness.
- Oversee management of security personnel and guarding teams.
- Offer guidance and support during emergencies and security-related situations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of security requirements and guarantee their implementation throughout operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Mandatory accreditation from the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS).
- Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Security, Industrial Security, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related area.
- Practical experience in security consulting or industrial security sectors.
- Additional credentials like professional certifications or specialized training in security or risk management are beneficial.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing security and guarding teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Arabia’s security regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership qualities, decision-making capability, and management skills.
- Competency in report preparation, security planning, analytical assessments, and presentation delivery.
- Capability to effectively manage emergency responses and security incidents.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities with diverse stakeholders and officials.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; English language proficiency is an advantage.
