Security Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Security Manager to lead and oversee security operations at our site located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure a secure environment, maintain readiness, supervise the security team, and guarantee adherence to local security laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of security operations, systems, and activities on site.
• Design and enforce security protocols, emergency response strategies, and crisis management plans.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the security personnel, tracking their performance and operational outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant security regulations, standards, and mandates.
• Conduct thorough security risk evaluations and implement suitable preventive and corrective strategies.
• Collaborate efficiently with relevant governmental and security authorities.
• Prepare and present regular security reports while ensuring follow-up on corrective measures and risk mitigation.
• Maintain the functionality and reliability of security systems and equipment at all times.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies, including proper escalation and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of a valid approval/accreditation from the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in security management, especially in industrial or large-scale organizational environments.
• Demonstrated ability in supervising security and guarding teams.
• Strong understanding of security rules, standards, and obligations pertinent to Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Capability to manage emergency situations, security breaches, and crises effectively.
• Proficient report writing, security planning, and risk assessment abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
