Responsibilities
- Supervise daily counter sales and provide exceptional customer support.
- Manage billing, process payments, and perform daily cash reconciliations.
- Track inventory levels, control stock movements, and arrange product displays effectively.
- Lead and coordinate store personnel to maintain daily workflow.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic upselling and customer engagement.
- Ensure the store remains clean, orderly, and operates without disruptions.
- Generate regular sales, inventory, and operational reports for review.
Requirements
