Job description
Job Summary
We seek an intelligent, proactive, and organized Branch Manager to collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO. The role involves managing planning, coordinating various stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining banking relations, and driving business execution effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and priority tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate activities among banks, customers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), staff, and business associates.
- Monitor loan documentation progress, critical follow-ups, and outstanding assignments.
- Compile Management Information System (MIS) data, reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
- Oversee team operations to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
- Handle professional correspondence, including emails and WhatsApp communications.
- Support business planning, strategizing, and identifying new opportunities.
- Conduct research on banking, loan products, and prepare informative content.
- Act as a professional representative for the Founder when necessary.
- Safeguard confidentiality relating to business and financial matters.

- Prior experience in banking, finance, loans, DSAs, MBA, or business management is preferred.
