About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team, focusing on generating new business prospects throughout the APAC region, potentially including Australia. This role emphasizes proactive outreach to build a strong sales pipeline and foster collaboration with sales and partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation by identifying, reaching out, and qualifying potential clients across APAC via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms, aiming to generate at least 8 enterprise opportunities each month targeting customers with over 1,000 users.
- Maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team by scheduling meetings and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate effectively with partners and account managers to execute campaigns, exchange valuable information, and maximize joint sales opportunities.
- Consistently meet and surpass key performance indicators related to activity levels, qualified leads, and revenue contributions.
- Stay well-informed about the UK and Ireland markets, understanding customer challenges and competitor activities.
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of all sales activities in CRMs to maintain data integrity and transparency of pipeline status.
- Contribute positively to the team environment by sharing effective practices and supporting collective success.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales professional with a strong emphasis on the APAC markets.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling techniques.
- Experience partnering with account managers and partners to drive opportunity creation.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to pipeline growth.
- Stable career history showing progression and dedication, with at least 1 to 2 years in previous related positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset.
- Effective time management skills with the capacity to prioritize high-impact activities.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics, and familiarity with sales engagement software.
- A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused sales environment.
