Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound outreach campaigns to generate new business leads by researching potential prospects and presenting Meltwater’s services appropriately.
• Conduct initial discussions to understand prospective clients' needs and evaluate opportunities thoroughly.
• Assess and qualify leads based on prospect circumstances and challenges to ensure alignment, then pass them to the Customer Acquisition team.
• Work closely with marketing to enhance lead generation strategies and keep messaging consistent with current campaigns.
• Maintain meticulous and current prospecting data within the CRM to streamline tracking and reporting.
• Promptly engage inbound leads with discovery conversations and perform qualification.
• Arrange and secure meetings and product demonstrations for sales representatives, ensuring smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Track, monitor, and report on lead generation metrics to improve performance.
• Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders, including the BDR Manager, aiding business development successes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Exceptional communication ability to conduct initial meetings and qualify leads effectively.
• A proactive, cooperative attitude for working with different teams.
• Strong organizational skills including CRM management and data accuracy.
• Capability to align marketing campaigns with lead generation tactics.
• Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai three days a week as part of a hybrid schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the UAE is required.
