Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate growth by acquiring new clients and devising innovative sales strategies to surpass revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, client requirements, and competitive landscapes to translate strategies into actionable sales plans and partnerships.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, educating them on the unique value Lakera offers, guiding them through intricate purchasing processes.
- Handle complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders, including pilots, technology integrations, and technical detail.
- Identify new segments and use cases to broaden Lakera’s product adoption.
- Provide structured feedback to guide product development, ensuring solutions meet the evolving needs of customers.
- Maintain rigorous deal management and CRM (HubSpot) practices to foster scalability and predictable results.
- Contribute to refining sales methodologies and playbooks to enhance team productivity and consistency.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales with proven success in enterprise and midmarket segments, particularly within Singapore and ASEAN markets.
- Experience navigating early-stage startup environments and managing ambiguity to build foundational sales frameworks.
- Proven capability in selling through distribution and marketplace channels.
- Familiarity with AI, large language models (LLM), or cybersecurity sectors, and deep knowledge of enterprise sales processes.
- Expertise in handling multi-stakeholder complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals.
- Strong strategic mindset balancing immediate execution with long-term planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage senior executives at Fortune 500 organizations confidently.
- Commitment to safe, secure, and responsible AI development.
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership to deliver measurable results as a collaborative team member.
