Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious, motivated graduates to join our dynamic Sales Development team. In the role of Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will serve as the initial contact point for potential clients, focusing on creating new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling. This position is a stepping stone for building a long-term career in sales, with opportunities to advance to Account Executive positions typically within 12 to 18 months. This is a full-time, office-based role, active from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate new business leads via outbound B2B prospecting and cold outreach techniques.
- Conduct detailed research on target accounts to customize communication and raise conversion rates.
- Identify and engage primary decision-makers to evaluate their interest and business requirements.
- Schedule qualified meetings and advance potential opportunities to senior sales representatives, gaining exposure to the broader sales process.
- Regularly achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for activities and appointments.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless transition of opportunities and mutual success throughout the sales journey.
