The Retail Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the store, actively engaging with customers and colleagues alike, ensuring the day-to-day operations flow smoothly, while upholding high standards in service and store management.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 10am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team within the store by example, focusing on excellent customer service and operational standards.
• Assist customers effectively by understanding their needs and guiding them to appropriate products effortlessly.
• Maintain store operations including cash reconciliation, responding to customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and managing stock.
• Foster a collaborative and enjoyable team environment that takes pride in the store’s performance.

Experience and Personal Attributes

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager, accustomed to managing small teams in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with a talent for converting service into sales.
