Role Overview
As a Retail Supervisor, you will be a key team member, actively leading by example. Whether assisting customers on the sales floor or maintaining high standards in the warehouse, customers remain your priority. Our comprehensive training programs and flexible shifts promote a healthy work-life balance, setting you up for career growth.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7am - 8pm
- Saturday: 7am - 6pm
- Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team by hosting in-store and demonstrating exemplary performance.
- Understand and meet customer needs, guiding them efficiently to appropriate products.
- Manage store operations including cash reconciliations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and overseeing stock control.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain pride in the store environment and foster a positive, enjoyable workplace.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager handling small teams in dynamic settings.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to convert service into sales.
- Curious and proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement.
- Strong passion for the business and its values.
- Friendly, adaptable, dependable, honest, and hardworking character.
