About the Role

Our extensive selection of over 60,000 products is available across more than 900 stores, complemented by leading digital services. As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be an integral part of the team, leading by example both on the shop floor and in the warehouse, ensuring exceptional customer focus throughout.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team by hosting in-store activities and exemplifying high standards of customer service.
• Understand customer needs, assist with product selection, and simplify their shopping experience.
• Maintain smooth store operations including cash reconciliation, handling customer queries, ensuring audit compliance, and managing stock.
• Foster a collaborative and enjoyable team environment, taking pride in store performance.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager managing small teams in dynamic retail settings.
• Exceptional customer service skills oriented towards driving sales.
• Curious mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
