Role Overview

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be a key player in the team, leading by example whether assisting customers directly or maintaining warehouse standards. Customers' needs are central to your efforts. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store team by presenting a strong example of excellent customer service and store leadership.
• Ensure smooth store operations including cash reconciliation, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining audit compliance, and managing inventory.
• Contribute actively to a team that values pride in their store, collaboration, and an enjoyable work atmosphere.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in supervision or duty management, comfortable overseeing small teams in high-paced retail settings.
• Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service with an ability to convert service into sales.
• Proactive and continuously seeking to improve and question existing processes.

• Dependable, friendly, adaptable, honest, and hardworking.
