About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be a key member of the team who leads by example, actively engaging both at the customer-facing front and behind the scenes in our warehouse to uphold quality and service standards. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store team by setting high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Act as the host by understanding customer needs and guiding them to suitable products.
• Maintain smooth operations, including managing cash reconciliations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and managing stock.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a productive and enjoyable work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a supervisor or duty manager with a background in overseeing small teams within fast-paced retail settings.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
• Curious mindset focused on continuous improvement.
