As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a crucial leadership role by actively participating and setting the example. Whether engaging directly with customers or managing warehouse standards, the customer is always your priority. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 1pm to 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store team by hosting and modeling outstanding performance standards.
• Understand customer needs, advising them toward the right products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• Manage store operations including cash reconciliations, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining audit compliance, and overseeing stock control.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold store pride, teamwork and an engaging work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager overseeing small teams in dynamic retail environments.
• Exceptional customer service skills that translate effectively into sales.
• Curious mindset, committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Hourly wages may include a location allowance subject to annual review.
