Racker Operator

Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this full-time on-site role based in Everett, WA involves preparing and managing parts throughout the production process, supporting the line operator when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess job priorities to organize preparation workflows.
• Choose suitable racking methods depending on parts' dimensions, shapes, and quantities.
• Secure components by wiring or clipping them onto racks or hoists for processing and remove them post-processing.
• Accurately complete required documentation in compliance with company and process standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear designated personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas by disposing of waste materials and wires appropriately.
• Handle hazardous waste disposal following established safety guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Physical capability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull weights of up to 50-75 lbs.
• Strong vision and tactile ability along with consistent use of PPE.

Work Environment

Exposure to varying temperatures depending on external weather due to manufacturing settings. PPE, such as safety glasses, goggles, aprons, rubber boots, gloves, and respirators (provided by the employer), is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $20.77 to $23.27, dependent on experience, with additional shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
