Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled Project Director to lead the execution of a major mega project in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This leadership position requires overseeing strategic planning, coordinating various multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful delivery on an internationally significant development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of large-scale, multi-tower mixed-use or hospitality developments, especially podium-plus-tower schemes.
• Oversee project management consultancy (PMC) and construction supervision consultancy (CSC) execution.
• Implement integrated programme management including baseline scheduling, critical path analysis, and accelerate delivery on fast-track construction projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams spanning engineering, procurement, construction, planning, and commercial activities.
• Administer FIDIC contracts and handle all formal contractual communications.
• Build and guide integrated delivery teams, optimizing performance on complex, large-scale projects.
• Employ decisive leadership to enforce contractor and consultant accountability to delivery commitments.
• Rapidly mobilize project teams of 150–200 staff within time-sensitive environments.
• Engage at the executive level with sophisticated clients, managing stakeholder relationships diplomatically and commercially.
• Handle contractual and commercial issues collaboratively while exercising sound judgment.
• Bring expertise from Saudi giga-projects or comparable large-scale regional developments.
• Navigate the operating landscape influenced by Vision 2030 initiatives, understanding client expectations and governance complexities.
• Work effectively alongside hospitality and hotel operators involved in the project.
